Caseificio Casello Categoria: Brands
Established in 2010 after the fusion of different brands, currently consist of fifteen partners and it si placed in Montecreto on the hills of Modena, in an area already known in the Middle Ages for diary production: in the union between love for the fertile lands of Modena and the tradition of the diary production we can find the roots of Caseificio Casello.
The main product is obviously the famous Parmigiano Reggiano, but Caseificio Casello produces also aged and soft cheeses warranting genuineness and respect for traditions and environment.
Currently the production allows to have about 12,000 cheese wheels per year thanks to making 70,000 quintals of milk.
Caseificio Casello thanks to its constant research of technological innovation has been one of the first firms of Modena to place a photovoltaic system.
